I’m a mom of 3 boys, first and foremost. I’m also a wife to a creative and humorous husband, a man with many talents. I’m constantly striving to find balance in my interests, family and friend obligations and making a home while working part time as a social media specialist for a local university.
My house is an ongoing project will be, in addition to my family, faith, and relationships, featured often in my writing. When I say there is always a project going on here, it’s not an exaggeration (in fact, we may actually finish our first project in completion with decorations and all in the next 2 months), and we’ve been doing this for 7 years.
When you hear someone say that having kids changes your life, believe it. I didn’t realize how drastic that change would be until almost 5pm on March 16, 2005. Game changer. Completely.
I am young in my faith although I’ve always “known” it was there, just never felt it was necessary to work at it. Both my husband and I are rookies, trying to raise spiritual children.
My journey has made me who I am and even the low’s I am grateful for. Each and every person that has come and gone in my life has also taught me some amazing things and I look fondly on all my relationships.
I’m a novice photographer that is learning to love life behind the lens–I’m in constant memory making mode and love the camera as a tool.
I know what I want to be when I grow up, I just now have to learn how to make it happen all while understanding it doesn’t happen on my time.
I’m the kind of person that will eat a salad for lunch followed by 16 pieces of chocolate.
